Wireless System

The system is based on communication between a mobile phone and a Brigston receiver mounted on the controlled appliance. To function, Brigston does not require an immediate visual contact with the controlled device as e.g. infra red based solutions do. Brigston utilizes Bluetooth connection through which it communicates with the controlled appliances. The system is modern and reliable.

Easy to Adopt, Easy to Use

The user has a Bluetooth mobile phone where the Brigston application is installed. Additionally, Brigston receivers are installed to user's home and premises. The system does not use an operator network so the use is free of charge.

Brigston is visible in the phone menu and is opened by clicking the icon. Once started, the application does not prevent normal usage of the phone but in can be on all the time during e.g. calls or writing an SMS.

Brigston lists the receivers in the close surroundings on the mobile phones relatively large, colourful screen. The user interface is distinct and tailorable to suit each user's individual needs. The device menu can be in list form or one controlled device can be shown on the screen at a time. If needed, the functions are fitted with voice guidance. To control the mobile phone, alternative solutions are used according to the user's needs and preferences e.g. various switches and buttons.

Modern mobile phone technology combined with the latest process technology enables automatization of nearly all functions. Automatic or manual alarms and safety calls can be included in the system.
